WNS push channel

A URI issued by the Windows Push Notification Services so a cloud service can send notifications to one app on one device.

When an app registers for push notifications, Windows obtains a channel URI from WNS and hands it to the app, which gives it to its own server. The WNSPushChannel table of wpndatabase.db keeps the Uri with the handler it belongs to and FILETIME creation and expiry times — evidence of which apps were set up for cloud push and when.
